15 Days Classic Safari Kenya & Tanzania + Zanzibar Beach with Kilipeak Adventure departs from Nairobi, Kenya, traveling to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, via the scenic Great Rift Valley. In Kenya’s premier game reserve – Masai Mara – we go in search of the abundant wildlife that has made this one of the most celebrated game parks in Africa. Here you can witness the Wildebeest Migration, one of the most spectacular wildlife shows on earth.
Serengeti Great Wildebeest Migration is an astonishing race for life and an incredible sight to behold. The greatest wildlife phenomenon of them all, it’s an experience that will leave you completely speechless.
The wildebeest migration can normally be found in the Southern and Western Corridor area in Serengeti National Park, depending on rainfall patterns. The adventure will ends in Zanzibar with more time to relaxing at the white sands beach.

Full Safari Details

Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi

Met upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport will be met Kilipeak Adventure guide and briefed on your safari before being transferred to Osoita Lodge.
Overnight: Nairobi at The Boma: Meal Plan Bed and Breakfast.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park.

Depart Nairobi and drive through the Great Rift Valley viewing scenery escarpment en-route. You will arrive with time for game drive proceeding to your lodge for check-in and have lunch. Check-in at Lake Nakuru Flamingo Lodge. Afternoon game drive across the Pink Lake often referred so due to its Great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park.
Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Flamingo Lodge: Full board.

Day 3: Game Drive in Masai Mara.

Early morning game drive returns back to your camp for breakfast after breakfast Full day spends in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river.
Later Meals and overnight at Julia’s River Camp.
Dinner and overnight at Mara Bush Camp: Full board.

Day 4: Another full day in Masai Mara.

A full day in the vast plains of Mara searches for the big five as you explore the famous Mara reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives taken.

Day 5: Masai Mara to Isibania onward to Serengeti national park.

After early breakfast check out and collect lunch boxes and leave for Isibenia there is an opportunity for en-route game viewing.
Arrive at Isibenia on time for Visa & Immigration formalities and proceed to Serengeti.
Dinner and overnight at Mara River Camp Camp: Full board.

Day 6: Western Corridor of Serengeti for Great Migration tour

After breakfast, we head towards the western reaches of the Serengeti National Park, also known as the Western Corridor. We will do a game drive en-route from the Seronera area to the Western Corridor area.
We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and after lunch will we enjoy an afternoon game drive in the area. The wildebeest migration can normally be found in the Western Corridor area in June, depending on rainfall patterns.

Day 7: Full day Watching Wildebeest Crossing on Crumeti River

Today we drive inside the Serengeti with the aim of viewing the migration crossing Grumeti River. The Great Migration is an astonishing race for life and an incredible sight to behold. The greatest wildlife phenomenon of them all, it’s an experience that will leave you completely speechless later evening back to Central Serengeti.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater.

Today we will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for your crater tour. Here we will explore the forest areas inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where we may see flamingos. We will also visit the open savannah where the lions hunt. Picnic lunch will be served in the crater.
In the late afternoon, we make a short journey from the Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha.

Day 9: Arusha to Zanzibar

After breakfast or lunch at the hotel, we drive straight to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar.
Meet and greet at Zanzibar airport then picked up to Stone town.
Dinner and overnight stay at Tembo Hotel: Half board.

Day 10: Stone Town Tour.

Your program starts with a morning visit by the walk on our Historical Stone Town Tour. This tour takes you through fabled Stone Town, where history appears to stand still. With visits to the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum (People’s Palace), and the Arab Fort among st others, it is a fascinating look at the essence of Zanzibar. You will see Zanzibar’s bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors, two cathedrals, and countless mosques!

Day 11: Spice Farm Tour.

Today you will go on an excursion to the spice and fruit plantations close to Stone town for the famous Spice Tour. We have developed a special spice tour with in-depth information not only about spices but also organically grown herbs and a detailed description of their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. After the tour, we invite for an opulent lunch at our guides’ home, where you can taste the spices and fruits. After lunch, we take you to your beach resort.
On the way, you will pass Jozani Forest, the last habitat of the rare endemic Red Colobus Monkey. With a local guide, you stroll through Jozani Chwaka National Park and look at the rare monkeys. If you wish you can even wander down the boardwalk to the fascinating Mangrove Ecosystem.

Day 12: Snorkeling Tour.

Snorkeling in Zanzibar is an experience of a lifetime. Unlike many other popular snorkeling destinations around the world, it is still possible to find places that have never been explored along the coast. The many varieties of coral provide a home to thousands of colorful and exotic creatures, including blue ribbon tail rays, firefish and for the “Finding Nemo” fans, clownfish.

Day 13: Safari Blue Tour.

Morning at 7:30 picked up from your hotel to Fumba village where you will meet your special boat, it is about visiting three different sandbanks and you will stop in one of those for Seafood lunch where by later you do snorkeling and having the chance of seeing the dolphins. It is full day back at 17:30 Fumba village and arrives at the hotel around 18:30.then back to the hotel.

Day 14: Dolphins Trip

Today you will visit Kizimkazi. Situated on the southern point of the island, Kizimkazi fishing village is home to several schools of bottle-nosed dolphins and Humpback dolphins, which can often be sighted following a short boat trip from the village. If you are lucky, you may be able to swim quite close to the dolphins, which can be a very rewarding experience. We are doing this trip in the afternoon to avoid the crowds of tourists in the morning, which in big numbers disturbing the dolphins.

Day 15: Departure Day.

Depending on your flight schedule and departure point you will be transferred to the Zanzibar Airport to take a flight back home. If you are flying out of Dar es Salaam or Nairobi, we will arrange a connection flight for you to catch your flight back home.

Fantastic safari experience with Kilipeaks My partner, a friend and I booked the 5 day safari option with Kilipeaks. We were met by Frank and his business partner at our starting accommodation in Moshi and transferred to their luxurious Jabulani Private Villa in Arusha. From there we were met by our driver for the week (Charles) and destined to enjoy the great service provided by Kilipeaks. We got to enjoy Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengetti, Tarangire national parks and a Maasai village stop, all while being expertly looked after and extremely well fed at a varied range of excellent accommodations. In particular, Kirimu bush camp was luxury camping on another level, with fantastically accommodating staff. Charles was a fantastic driver who worked tirelessly to provide us sightings of every animal we could have hoped, plus so many more! The variety and number of animals was beyond our wildest expectations. Fantastic week and service, would highly recommend.

Kilimanjaro und Mount Meru Super tolle Reise mit Besteigung als ersten Berg Mount Meru und dann den Kilimanjaro. Eine super organisierte und durchdachte Reise. Die Ausrüstung und Betreuung (Zelt, Schlafsack, warmes Wasser, Morgenkaffe oder -tee, hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen) sowie die freundlichen und kompetenten Guides, Köche und Helfer, sind hervorzuheben. Nochmals bedanken möchte ich mich hier bei Ema der das Ganze aus Straubing organisiert und auch vor Ort geleitet und die Gruppe betreut hat. Ohne die professionellem Guides und Ema wären hier wohl einige nicht auf Ihren Traumberg raufgekommen. Es wurde immer, soweit möglich, auf die Bedürfnisse eines jeden Rücksicht genommen. Kilipeak Adventure ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sowohl für die Besteigung der Berge, wie auch für Safaris.

Tarangire 1 day safari We had an incredible safari day with Godwin being the driver. We were welcomed in the morning by Frank and he explained how the day would look like. Godwin took the time for us to view the animals but when he heard there were tigers and a cheetah, he stepped on the gas pedal so that we were able to see them. Amazing day!

A Thrilling Safari in Tarangire: Spotting the four of the Big Five Our day safari in Tarangire National Park surpassed all expectations. Led by an exceptional guide Isaac, we were treated to unforgettable encounters with Africa's iconic wildlife, including seeing four of the Big Five. The park's breathtaking landscape, teeming with majestic baobab trees and the Tarangire River, served as a stunning backdrop to our adventure. Tarangire Park We went to Tarangire Park for just a day, but we saw everything we wanted to see - and more! Early pick up from our hotel, driving to the Tarangire park for a couple of hours. Saw the first zebras, wildebeast and giraffes along the road and already learned a lot from our driver Godwin. In the park he knew exactly the right spots and if he started to reverse, we knew something good was coming. We've seen three different lion families, baby elephants at just a few meters distance, a bathing elephant, and a cheetah - which is quite rare, but Godwin knew how to find it! The contact beforehand with Frank was also really good. We had a great included lunch package - too bad though the monkeys were stealing it ;)

Highly recommended What a fantastic trip! It’s hard to make sure everyone is happy in a large group (11), but Kilipeak delivered! From the moment we loaded up our guides Karume and Shibani made sure each day was the best yet and that we see it all: fighting giraffes, wildebeest kill, warthog escape, chased cheetah, grazing rhino, hidden leopard, elephant herds and lion prides. They are fun, knowledgeable and wonderful Tanzanian ambassadors! At the end of our Safari, Kilipeak organized a full day hike on Kilimanjaro for my husband. His guide James was experienced and delivered him back tired and exhilarated. Our last day was a fun hike to beautiful Materuni falls and coffee tour with Abel who shared lots of local culture and customs. Abel and Frank (owners) organized a perfect Tanzanian adventure for us. Accommodations were very comfortable and food (even with dietary restrictions) was delicious and plentiful. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Exceptional travel experience in Tanzania. 10 +1 days trip was quite fun. We started in Moshi visited Materuni water fall plus a coffee making tour. We then traveled to lake Duluti near Arusha. Then we started four days Tarangire, Serengati, Ngorongro Safari tour. That was great. We ended in Arusha shopping and concluded our trip in Masai Tribe culture exchange.

Big 5 Safari and Cultural Tour Tarangirie, Serengeti and Ngorogro safaris were incomparable experiences of a lifetime. The driver/tour guides were highly professional and extremely experienced. Thoroughly enjoyed the cultural aspects of visiting native people as well such as the Maasai and the Materu clans.

Safari Adventure! There were many aspects of this trip that made my experience wonderful and memorable. We were able to explore the coffee making process in a completely different way, which incorporated dancing and singing throughout the entire process. Second, we were able to see 3 national parks: Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Serengeti, which had some many different animals to see, including the big 5. We were fortunate to have a knowledgeable tour guide to provide insights on migration patterns, timing of hunts, and where to spot animals in the different types of terrain. Lastly, I enjoyed meeting the Maasai tribe and participating in some of the traditions (e.g., jumping, making fire, and their version of creating cement). It was amazing to see how everyone from different walks of life (Maasai tribe or other tribes) co-exist without any issues and consider each other family. I would highly recommend anyone wanted to experience an adventure of a lifetime to check out Kilipeak!
